TERMS & CONDITIONS
By proceeding with registration, it means that you understand and agree to the following terms & conditions:
- English is the official language of the conference
- The program may be subject to change without prior notice
- If a visa is required to enter Saudi Arabia, you are advised to register early and apply for your visa, and arrange for your accommodation
- Important correspondence will be sent to you by email
- Acceptance of registration is at the discretion of the organizers
- Children under the age of 18 will not be allowed into the halls during build-up and breakdown
- Children under the age of 16 will not be allowed into the halls during the conference
PAYMENT, CANCELLATION, REFUND, AND SUBSTITUTION
- Delegate Registration fees do not include any other meals, travel and accommodation, insurance, and visa
- Cancellations can be made on or before April 5, 2024, with a refund less the 20% Administration charge. Cancellations received after this date will be liable for the full registration fee. The organizer shall not be liable for refunds should visas not be obtained
- Registrations made on or after April 5, 2024, are not eligible for a refund should they decide to cancel at a later stage
- Substitutions can be made only until April 30, 2024
- Registration is not considered complete unless payment is received by the relevant due date
- Cancellations and substitutions must be made in writing and should be sent to registrations@e3-worldwide.com
- Refunds will take up to 60 working days to be processed from the confirmation date
