Registration fees do not include any other meals, travel and accommodation, insurance, and visa.
3. Question: What are the payment options?
Answer: When you register online, you can pay by credit card or by bank transfer. Onsite, we will only accept payments in USD or SAR by cash or credit cards.
4. Question: Can I pay after the event?
Answer: All interested participants are required to pay before the event.
5. Question: Can I cancel my registration and get a refund?
Answer: Yes, you may cancel your registration. Cancellations can be done on or before April 5, 2024 with refund less 20% Administration Cancellations received after this date will be liable for the full registration fee. The organizer shall not be liable for refunds should visas not be obtained. Registrations made on or after April 5, 2024 are not eligible for a refund should they decide to cancel at a later. Cancellations and substitution must be made in writing and should be sent to registrations@e3-worldwide.com
Refunds will take up to 60 working days to be processed from the confirmation date.
6. Question: If I am not able to attend, can I have a replacement take my place at the event?
Answer: Yes, you can appoint a replacement to join the Congress if you are unable to attend. Substitutions can be made only until April 30, 2024.
7. Question: My company is sponsoring or exhibiting at the event, are we entitled to a discounted rate?
Answer: No, we do not have any discounted rates on VIP Delegate passes for sponsors and exhibitors.
8. Question: My company is sponsoring at the event. Are we entitled to complimentary VIP Delegate passes?
Answer: Yes, each sponsor has a set number of complimentary VIP Delegate passes as per their contract. Please note that this information is communicated to the main point of contact for the company.
