MEPEC attendees travelling to Kingdom of Saudi Arabia must be in possession of passports valid for at least six (6) months on arrival; attendees must hold a visa to enter the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia issued by the appropriate authorities prior to departure from their home countries. It is the sole responsibility of the attendee to obtain the necessary paperwork for entry to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. International visitors from 49 eligible countries can apply for an eVisa.
